Based in bustling Birmingham, Oncourse offers IOSH, NEBOSH and HABC courses; spanning first aid, food safety, fire, noise, crowd control and construction. Hosting over 350 annual events, from Crufts to Motocross racing, the NEC Group knows that health and safety is a serious business. The Games are over, our legacy lives on

On Course and London 2012

With over 38 years’ experience in the food & beverage industry, Amadeus is one of the UK’s leading catering services. With over 627 awards, serving over 3.5 million visitors a year at events at every size. Amadeus delivered the world’s largest peacetime catering operation as the official caterer for Olympic North park at the London 2012 Olympic Games, serving a whopping 6 million meals during the Games, our 2,000 strong workforce developed new skills and experiences alongside the 32,000 hours of development invested by Amadeus.

As part of our commitment to supporting the lasting legacy of London 2012 Amadeus developed a support programme to help London’s newest workforce known as “Games Graduates” by hosting a range of events open to anyone who worked in an official venue during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. All Amadeus staff received specialist health and safety training provided by the NEC Group Oncourse experts.

To serve 6 million meals to thousands of athletes and supporters required a lot of training, Oncourse helped us immeasurably to achieve this.
